Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Our most-awaited 20th Anniversary celebration is just two nights away. Everybody has been really busy in all phases of preparations in whatever capacity each one can share for the success of this thanksgiving event. In this regard, I would like to share with you some important details about our Baan Phuwan accommodation.
REGISTRATION FEES
a. Baan Phuwan Final Quotations
Double Occupancy - 1,500 baht per head
Triple Occupancy - 1,200 baht per head
Quadruple Occupancy - 1,000 baht per head
No Room Accommodation - 800 baht per head
b. Children Rates
Above 12 years old - 1,200 baht per head
Ages 10 to 12 years old - 1,000 baht per head
Ages 6 to 9 years old - 800 baht per head
Ages 5 and below - FREE OF CHARGE
The rates are inclusive of four (4) meals and two (2) coffee breaks. Breakfast on Saturday, Oct. 3 is not included in the package.
UPON ARRIVAL
Although registration starts Saturday morning upon arrival, delegates cannot proceed immediately to their respective rooms after registration. There are other guests still using the rooms and will only be available upon their check out at noontime. Hence, distribution of room keys shall be done only during the lunch break. The lunch break lasts for one and a half hours (2 1/2 hrs.) to give ample time in going to your assigned rooms.
There will be rooms reserved for the temporary safekeeping of luggage before lunch break. Male volunteers will be at the lobby to assist the delegates in putting their luggage in these rooms. Don't forget to bring your valuables with you in the activity hall.
REGISTRATION
After putting the luggage in the safekeeping rooms, delegates may proceed to the activity hall. Registration tables are set up near the entrance. Female volunteers assigned by area will cater to the registration needs of the delegates. IDs and conference kits shall be given upon registration.
Registration are to be done by area such as Central Bangkok, North Bangkok, Chiangmai and Thai group in Bangkok and up-country areas. Couples, YFCs and KFCs listings are separated from the SFCs, HOLDs and SOLDs listings.
The mass is scheduled at 8am in the activity hall. In this regard, everybody is requested to come early for registration before it begins. Registration will be stopped at the start of and resumes right after the mass to allow everyone to be inside the hall.
It is suggested that registration be done by households to avoid crowding and time-consuming queues. Household heads are requested to collect payments of fees in advance and register their members on Saturday.
Distribution of room keys shall be done by household heads, too. In the case of having a mix of members from different HH in a room, one can be chosen to collect payments and take care of the room key for the group.
T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
Souvenir T-shirts distribution will be in a separate area which is also outside the activity hall. This is to avoid distracting noise and crowding inside the hall during the program.
Each shirt costs 200 baht and shall be paid separately apart from the registration fees. Likewise, it is encouraged that household heads collect payments and claim the T-shirts for their members. It would be better if a list for the household be made by the HH head to facilitate the work of the T-shirts Committee.

ROOM GROUPINGS
Please see the list of confirmed delegates for the event per group below. List 1 for CFC, YFC & KFC and List 2 for SFC, HOLD & SOLD.
This will help each delegate and the household heads in calculating the amount to be collected from members. We need the HH heads assistance again in preparing a presentable list of names and fees collected to be submitted to the Registration Committee as well as the Finance Committee for quicker reference.
